These Terms of Use govern your use of the InvoiceFlow application. By accessing or using InvoiceFlow, you agree to these terms.
InvoiceFlow provides quotation, invoice, receipt, customer-list, and configurable product workflow features for business documentation.
You are responsible for ensuring that people who use InvoiceFlow under your organization have authority to manage your business records and customer information.
You agree not to misuse the service or use it in ways that violate law or contractual obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of quotations, invoices, receipts, customer records, tax details, pricing, and other business information entered into InvoiceFlow.
InvoiceFlow allows saved customers and configurable products to be reused across documents. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before sharing them externally.
InvoiceFlow stores your business information locally on your device. We do not upload quotations, invoices, receipts, customer records, product records, or settings to ByteVera servers. You may manage or delete local data using the app controls or by removing the app from your device.
InvoiceFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You remain responsible for business, accounting, tax, and compliance decisions made using information from the app.
To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlow and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the service or generated documents.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published through official InvoiceFlow channels. Policy or terms updates do not change the local-only storage model unless explicitly stated in a future version.
