InvoiceFlow Privacy Policy

1. Local-Only Design

InvoiceFlow stores app data locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, sync, sell, rent, or share your quotations, invoices, receipts, customer records, product records, PDF templates, document numbering, or settings.

2. Types of Data You May Enter

Depending on your workflow, the app may process information such as:

• Customer names, contact information, and billing details.
• Quotation, invoice, receipt, pricing, and payment status records.
• Reusable product or service catalog information.

3. Purpose of Processing

The app uses this information locally to support document generation workflows, including creating quotations, converting quotations into invoices, generating receipts from invoices, and maintaining reusable customer and product data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your business data with third parties, and we do not upload it to our servers. If you export, save, send, or share a PDF or other document from your device, that action is controlled by you and may be handled by the destination app or service you choose.

5. Data Accuracy and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that customer information and commercial records entered into InvoiceFlow are accurate, lawful to process, and appropriately authorized.

6. Retention and Deletion

Business records remain on your device until you delete them through available app controls, reset application data, or uninstall the app. Because the data is not uploaded to ByteVera servers, we do not keep a server-side copy to retrieve or delete.

7. Device Security

Because InvoiceFlow data is stored locally, protecting your device, backups, screen lock, and any exported files is important. No device or app environment can guarantee absolute security.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions are published through official InvoiceFlow channels.
